Thank you for shopping with UNBORN SOCIETY! We hope you love your new purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 14-day return policy for all items that meet the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within [14 days] from the date of item reception.
- Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales or discounted items.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Please email us at unbornsocietyworld@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Prepare the Package: Once your return is authorized, pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible), and include a copy of your order receipt.
- Ship the Item Back: Return the item to the address provided by our team. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within [7–10 business days]. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note the following:

- Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a condition other than original (worn, damaged, missing tags, etc.), we may issue a partial refund or deny the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Shipping Fees
